Laurie is a qualified and highly knowledgeable game ranger whose uniqueness lies in his ability to envelope his guests into the magic of the bush. He invites guests to journey with him into the grandeur and excitement that the grand tapestry of the African savanna has to offer.
Since 1994, Laurie has been studying the inner workings and complexities of nature and has taken hundreds of people on safaris. In 2005, he officially qualified as a field guide (game ranger) under the Field Guides Association of Southern Africa. In 2009, he completed his training as a trails guide allowing him to guide people as a back-up on walking trails among the Big five. He has worked for various kosher safari companies over the years and has decided now to pursue his dream of running his own company. Laurie has a true love for nature and thoroughly enjoys sharing it with others by way of stories and hands – on experiences.
Lazarus was born in Giyani, South Africa. He is a Shangaan. He is qualified through SACA (South African Chefs Association) where he completed a Diploma.
He has been a chef for over 15 years and has vast experience with cooking Kosher food for many years with a well-known Kosher catering company here in Johannesburg.
He has also worked at the Hilton Hotel in Sandton. His favourite dish is Lamb Curry.
